Different steps involved in our relocation process

There are various steps involved in the whole process of relocation, which are mentioned below. We have segregated each one of them with details for you to have a better understanding.

1. Survey

Our survey coordinator makes a visit for a free survey where the goods to be relocated are analyzed, and a rough estimate is given to the client based on which a decision could be made.

2. Packing

Once the client is satisfied with the estimates provided, we schedule a date where our professionals start packing goods. We pack all the belongings with the finest quality of materials and ensure complete safety and security of the goods.

3. Inspection and audit

After packing your belongings, we inspect all the goods thoroughly and audit each and every item before transporting them. We make a detailed checklist of all the items, and the list is handed over to the customer for approval. The checklist contains each and every detail like the number of items, the condition of items, and the type of items.

4. Transportation

Based on the number of items in the checklist, we finalize a truck where all of these items could be kept and transported safely to the destination. The containers fitted in our trucks are extremely secure and ensure complete safety of the belongings. After loading the items, they are taken to the destination without any delay.

5. Unpacking

When the shipment reaches the destination, our team will unpack everything by putting each item in the respective rooms directed by you. Even while unpacking, it is ensured that there is no damage to your products whatsoever. We also make sure that our team cleans the place after unpacking, and all the packaging items are collected back.

6. Final tally and handing over

After everything is unpacked, all the items are tallied again with the checklist given to the customer. When the customer is satisfied with the numbers and unpacking of the items, we receive the final handing over from the customer’s end, and that is when the relocation process ends.

Packing Of Household Goods

We take special care of all the Household goods like

Furniture:

We take special care of furniture like cots, wooden wardrobes, wooden cabinets, dining tables, sofas, computer tables, study tables, etc. We use corrugated new seven-ply paper to pack them properly.

Glass items:

We pack glass items individually with jelly paper, seal them with gum tape, and use bubble paper. Then, we put them into specialized corrugated cylindrical drums. If required, we use foam rolls. For lengthy glass items, we use bubble sheets and corrugated roll paper. If required, we will make a wooden crate for a hundred percent safety. All breakable items will reach the destination in good and safe condition.

Electronic items:

We take special care of electronic items like television, refrigerator, microwave oven, music systems, washing machines, computer systems, laptops, printers, etc. We use soft bubble sheets and new seven-ply corrugated paper rolls to protect the goods. If required, we will make a wooden crate for the electronic items to ensure the safety of your valuable and delicate items.
